Our Builder
Patrick Gowaty, the builder, has been in the building
industry for 15 years. Other projects include patio homes in
the prestigious community Nevilleside near Nevillewood and
single-family homes in the Estates at Jefferson, Jefferson
Woodlands, Town Hall Estates, and Stone Villa Estates.
He has extremely high standards and a lot of pride in his
product. Every room displays his attention to detail in quality
and design.
Not only is Patrick an expert in building and
design, he is a consultant at a public accounting firm. A
graduate from Penn State University, he knows business,
which allows him to provide sound financial advice
throughout the building process and guarantees his secure
commitment to every project.
